Speridian Technolgies is recruiting for a Product Manager for our State of CA client. This person will be part of a state of the art, extremely vast, IT modernization project working with a variety of cross-functional teams.
This is a remote role, however there will be meetings in the Sacramento area several times a year. The ideal candidate would be based within a 2-4-hour drive or fly time from the Sacramento, CA area.
Overview/Description: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:

• Define business and product objectives and key results in collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
•  Synthesize customer business goals, policy requirements, and strategic vision into OKRs and user stories.
• Draft and maintain a prioritized product backlog to achieve iterative success.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product adoption and success in meeting business objectives Identify and prioritize iterative improvements, justify their impact, develop and test hypotheses.
•  Collaborate closely with engineering, customers, SMEs, and the product team.

Qualifications:

• 5 years product management an experience working collaboratively with software engineering teams and cross-functional partners.
•  5 years of experience navigating through product life cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience.
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Proven effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong experience work with Agile/ Scrum.
• Human-centered design expertise.
• Requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree or an additional year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
